Returns are only accepted if items are received damaged or wrong. Please be aware that all pieces are handmade and slight imperfections are expected and normal. When you receive your order, please inspect it and if damages or gross imperfections are present take pictures. Please include these pictures and utilize the contact button above to contact us as soon as possible. We take pride in producing an amazing product and although we will do everything possible to make the situation right, refunds are at our sole discretion.
